This works to as a media to plant seeds, germinate them, and grow into adult plants.
It's also a better alternative than peat moss, as it is sustainable.
You really, really get your monies worth.
Please note, at first there is a sort of chemical smell to it but, if you can wait a few days, that smell goes away.
I particularly love doing business with this seller, best price and service, just wish shipping could get here a few days quicker, but I’ve learned to reorder BEFORE I run out! Thanks
These were great and a great value...
I used this coir mixed with compost and Amends to prepare clay soil for flower and vegetable beds and for planting new plants.
I used this alone for starting seeds in spring. 100% coir worked better than bagged garden soil/potting mix. Seeds germinated faster, at better rate, and are healthier. I added a picture of my seeds, which germinated only after 3 days in the coir. Same seeds took 14 days to germinate in potting soil. I'm amazed!
I also use this to change the bedding out of my worm composting bins. Worms are happy and loving it.
So many uses! I came back to repurchase more because I thought it would be nice to have a stack of these bricks handy, but they are now out of stock. Please bring this back!
